The porosity structure of polyurethane rigid foam material in the thermal insulation elbow is stable, basically closed, which not only has excellent thermal insulation performance, but also has good freeze-thaw resistance and sound absorption. The average life of cast-in-situ polyurethane rigid foam insulation structure can reach more than 30 years under the condition of normal use and maintenance. Through protective treatment, all materials can avoid damage due to dry, humid or electrochemical corrosion, growth of insects, fungi or algae, damage of rodents, etc. under normal service conditions during the service life of the structure. All the materials of this product are compatible with each other and meet the quality requirements of relevant national standards.
High temperature prefabricated directly buried insulation pipe is mainly composed of four parts.

(1) Working steel pipe: according to the technical requirements of the transmission medium, the seam steel pipe, seamless steel pipe and double-sided submerged arc spiral welded steel pipe are used respectively.

(2) insulation layer: rigid polyurethane foam.

(3) Protective shell: high density polyethylene or fiberglass.

1. It has strong corrosion resistance and water-proof ability and low comprehensive cost

According to the calculation of relevant departments, the double pipe heating pipeline can reduce the project cost by about 25% (using FRP as the protective layer) and 10% (using HDPE as the protective layer) in general.

2. Low heat loss and energy saving. The heat loss is only 25% of that of traditional pipes

The thermal conductivity of the directly buried insulation pipe is 0.022kcal/m.h. ℃ and the hydrophobicity is 0.03kg/cm-sup3;
